For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the sss7.club website, mobile interface, and all associated applications and services operated by sss7.
• "Account" means the registered player account created and maintained on the sss7 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered and maintains an active Account on sss7.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of real money staked on a game, event, or outcome through the sss7 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bets granted by sss7 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose license and oversight sss7 operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

By accessing the sss7 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you conclusively confirm that you:

• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gambling activities;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the sss7 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules;
• Are accessing the sss7 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.

If you do not satisfy all of the above conditions, you must not create an Account or use the sss7 Platform in any capacity.

3.1 Age Requirement. The minimum age to register and play on sss7 is twenty-one (21) years, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. sss7 employs age-verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request official government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID) at any time to confirm a Player's age. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on sss7. Creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. sss7 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided. Submission of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. sss7 is licensed and regulated under PAGCOR to serve players in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or playing. sss7 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

4.1 Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sss7 Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. sss7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.2 Notification of Breach. Players must notify sss7 immediately via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their Account or any breach of account security.

4.3 Non-Transferability. Accounts, account balances, and any accumulated loyalty points are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. sss7 Accounts are not marital or community property.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). sss7 is obligated under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable anti-money laundering legislation to conduct KYC verification. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by sss7 may result in Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sss7 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of the sss7 Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. sss7 reserves the right to require KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period of up to three (3) business days for compliance checks.

5.4 No Third-Party Payments. Players may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and investigation.

5.5 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on sss7 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱/PHP). sss7 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sss7 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms herein and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion page. sss7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where a Player is found to have breached applicable wagering terms.

6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through new Account registrations constitute a violation of Section 3.2 and will result in Account termination.

6.4 Promotional Abuse. sss7 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any Player reasonably suspected of promotional abuse, including — without limitation — betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of bonus funds in prohibited game combinations, or coordination with other accounts to exploit promotions.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the sss7 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for reversal of a settled wager.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, sss7 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding wager amount to the Player's Account. No claim for winnings that would have been generated but for a malfunction shall be recognized.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. sss7 reserves the right to delay or void settlement where results are subject to appeal, protest, or review by the relevant sporting authority.

7.4 Suspicious Activity. Any Player account demonstrating irregular betting patterns, including patterns consistent with the use of bots, automated software, or advantage play techniques prohibited under applicable game rules, may be suspended pending investigation. sss7 reserves the right to void any wagers placed in connection with such activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sss7 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human operation;
• Collusion with other players or sss7 staff to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors or glitches for financial gain;
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent payment credentials;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after using deposited funds to wager;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sss7 staff or other players.

9.1 Commitment. sss7 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operating principle, not merely a regulatory obligation. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options accessible from the account dashboard.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to sss7 may activate self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. sss7 processes self-exclusion requests without delay. During a self-exclusion period, sss7 will not market to the excluded Player and will decline to accept wagers from an Account under active self-exclusion.

9.3 Underage Protection. sss7 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players who become aware of an underage person accessing the Platform should report the matter immediately to sss7 support.

All content on the sss7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual materials — is owned by or licensed to sss7 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of sss7 content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sss7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 sss7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a Player's use of the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 sss7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside sss7's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

sss7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) sss7 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or PAGCOR direction; (c) a Player's account activity presents an unacceptable risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance; or (d) sss7 reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account presents legal or reputational risk to the platform. Upon Account termination for cause, sss7 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, the Player's available real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through sss7's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with sss7's dispute resolution outcome may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

sss7 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, sss7 will provide notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the sss7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
